
Mixed Platter
The mixed platter has a delicious range of canapés and finger foods. Our menu takes inspiration from a range of cuisines and can include a selection of the following:
Sashimi - Freshly caught local game fish, usually Yellow Fin Tuna; accompanied by dipping sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger
Ika Mata - A local favourite. Commonly known as Raw Fish Salad outside of the Pacific Islands.
Grilled local game fish - This could be tuna, marlin, wahoo or mahimahi depending on the catch of the day
Pork Belly - Sticky and sweet glazed Pork Belly cooked to perfection
Zucchini, corn, feta & sriracha fritters - Our secret recipe and a crowd favourite
Teriyaki Chicken sushi
Tuna Spring Rolls - Deep-fried spring rolls filled with locally caught Tuna
Prawn & Chorizo Skewers - Grilled de-shelled prawns with Chorizo centers

Jam or Chutney - A mix of preserves or chutneys to accompany bread/cold meats

Paw Paw Salad - Freshly picked locally grown Paw Paw mixed with local herbs and seasoning - a perfect fresh addition to the cooked platter offerings
Rarotongan Garden Salad - A crisp fresh garden salad with a mix of local and asian flavours
Tomato, Basil & Feta Salad - Locally grown tomatoes seasoned with balsamic vinegar, feta and home grown basil
Thai Prawn & Carrot Salad - Vermicelli Noodles, Prawn and Carrot with a zingy Thai infused dressing
